FIRST TATTOO. A lifelong Vancouver senior I decided to get a tattoo. Live in Kits and after preliminary research contacted NORTH INK. First sent a brief note via Facebook and received a prompt reply from Sonya. We spoke on the phone then the next day I visited the studio, met Sonya and make an appointment for the following week. My first tattoo is simple and small on my inside bicep. It took Sonya about an hour and the entire experience was very positive. I was recommended to seek out Alex to help integrate three other tattoos on my arm. He was very approachable, listened to my wishes and came up with good suggestions. On the day for the tattoo, he continued to make suggestions for improving the overall integration work and while it took over 2 hours to do the placement of the tattoo, the end result was perfect. Alex worked my arm for the rest of the day and continually check in on me and gave breaks.... at 10pm that day the work was done.
